Teaching:  Dr. Reischman's primary focus is in teaching and she has experience teaching in a variety of cources (core, clinical, role, research) in the MSN program. 

Research: Dr. Reischman is interested in research in the acute care patient management research.  She maintains an interest in the cognitive area of developing practice expertise and also in the field acute care nurse practitioner outcomes analysis.

Service: Dr. Reischman serves on the College of Nursing Faculty Affairs Committee and is a member of the Florida Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, NE Florida Council of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Clinical practice area/expertise: Dr. Reischman has an extensive background in Critical Care Nursing and is currently certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has practice experience as a pulmonary nurse practitioner.

Education: Professor Reischman received her BSN in Nursing from the University of New Mexico, her MSN in Adult Pulmonary Nursing at the University of Florida and her MBA from Jacksonville University. She received her DSN in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
