Professor Burley serves as the Manager of Electronic Communication and Instructional Technologies.

Education: Professor Burley received his BSN in Nursing from Penn State University. He received his MnEd in Adult Health/Nursing Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Major responsibilities are: orienting, supporting, and troubleshooting with faculty and staff on use of electronic communications and instructional technologies; orienting and supporting students in the use of electronic communications; managing electronic communications; managing computer laboratories; and implementing and coordinating the technologies of distance education.

Professor Burley is the College's Webmaster, coordinator of on-line testing center and the administrator of all Blackboard web-based and web-enhanced course sites.
